An antinode is a point or region in a standing wave where the amplitude of the wave is at its maximum.
Picture jumping on a trampoline with your friends. The areas where you bounce highest are like antinodes, while the areas where you barely move up and down are like nodes.
Node: A node is a point or region in a standing wave where the amplitude of the wave is always zero.
Standing Wave: A standing wave is formed by the interference of two waves traveling in opposite directions, resulting in stationary points called nodes and regions of maximum displacement called antinodes.
Harmonic: A harmonic refers to one of the natural frequencies at which an object vibrates, producing standing waves with specific patterns of nodes and antinodes.
