Newton's Third Law states that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. When one object exerts a force on another object, the second object exerts an equal but opposite force on the first.
Momentum conservation states that in a closed system where no external forces act, momentum remains constant before and after any interaction between objects.
Impulse-Momentum Principle: The impulse-momentum principle states that when a net external force acts on an object for some time interval, it causes a change in momentum of the object.
