Mamoru means "to protect" or "to preserve" something valuable or important.
Think of mamoru as a shield that safeguards our shigen from harm and ensures their longevity for future generations.
Kankyō eikyō (環境影響): Environmental impact. By mamoru our shigen, we can minimize negative kankyō eikyō and maintain a sustainable balance.
Shizen hogo (自然保護): Nature conservation. Mamoru is closely related to shizen hogo, as it involves protecting natural habitats and ecosystems.
Saisei (再生): Recycling or regeneration. Mamoru also includes the concept of saisei, where we aim to regenerate resources through recycling and reusing materials.
