Reverse Discrimination

Definition

This is perceived unfairness towards members of majority or historically advantaged groups resulting from policies intended to correct previous discrimination against minority or disadvantaged groups.

Analogy

If we go back to our sports team analogy, reverse discrimination would be like if the coach decided to let all the players with different colored jerseys play, but benched some of the original players. The original players might feel this is unfair because they're being discriminated against now.
