A finally block is a section of code that follows a try-catch block and is always executed, regardless of whether an exception occurs or not. It is commonly used to perform cleanup tasks or release resources.
Think of a finally block as the "clean-up crew" after a party. No matter what happens during the party (exceptions being thrown), the clean-up crew will always come in and tidy up the place before leaving.
Exception handling: The process of dealing with errors or exceptional situations that may occur during program execution.
Try-catch block: A structure in programming that allows you to catch and handle exceptions, preventing them from crashing your program.
Resource management: The practice of efficiently allocating and releasing system resources, such as memory or file handles, to avoid leaks or conflicts.
