Article 26 (Iranian Constitution)

Definition

Article 26 of the Iranian Constitution recognizes freedom for individuals to choose their own beliefs within Islam, Christianity, Judaism, and Zoroastrianism. It also protects religious minorities' rights to practice their faiths within legal boundaries.
