Velocity is a measure of an object's speed and direction. It describes how fast an object is moving and in which direction it is going.
Imagine a student running at different speeds on a track. Velocity would not only tell you how fast they are running but also in which lane they are running.
Speed: The rate at which an object covers distance. It does not consider direction.
Acceleration: The rate at which an object's velocity changes over time.
Vector Quantity: A physical quantity that has both magnitude (size) and direction.
