Definition
The equilibrium constant (Kc) is a measure of the ratio of the concentrations of products to reactants at equilibrium, with each concentration raised to the power equal to its stoichiometric coefficient in the balanced chemical equation.

Le Chatelier's Principle: This principle states that if a change is applied to a system at equilibrium, the system will adjust itself in such a way as to counteract that change and restore equilibrium.
This is similar to Kc but it measures the relative amounts of products and reactants present during any point in a reaction when it hasn't reached equilibrium yet.
