The amount of a substance present in a given volume or space.
Picture making lemonade. The concentration would represent how strong the lemonade tastes based on the ratio of lemon juice to water. A higher concentration means more lemon juice relative to water, resulting in stronger-tasting lemonade.
Rate of disappearance: The speed at which something is disappearing or decreasing over time.
Directly proportional: When two quantities change together in such a way that if one quantity doubles, then the other quantity also doubles.
Differential equations: Mathematical equations that involve an unknown function and its derivative(s).
