The brain case, also known as the cranial vault, is the part of the skull that encloses and protects the brain. It is composed of several bones that are fused together in adults.
Sutures are fibrous joints that connect the bones of the skull, allowing for growth during infancy and becoming rigid in adulthood.
Frontal bone: The frontal bone is a bone of the skull forming the forehead and contributing to the upper eye sockets and most of the anterior part of the cranial floor
