Culturally Relevant Pedagogy and AP Lit

Through the lens of an AP Literature teacher, I give an overview of culturally relevant pedagogy and the criteria for its success, as established by Gloria Ladson-Billings. After CRP is defined and each criterion gets some explanation, I establish what CRP is not to debunk some myths, and then give suggestions for activity adjustments to be more responsive and respectful to the cultures in your classrooms.
