Rhetorical Analysis, Part II - Thesis Statements

In part 2 of our Rhetorical Analysis review, we will focus on generating effective thesis statements. First, we will discuss the function of thesis statements as they relate to the rhetorical analysis mode of writing. Then, we will discuss the most important “ingredients” of each analytical thesis statement. Included in this session will be examples of what to do and what not to do when it comes to thesis generation.
