A Review of the 14th Amendment - Cases and Strict Scrutiny - Slides

The 14th Amendment guarantees Americans equal protection under the law and access to due process and how cases are reviewed with a standard of “strict scrutiny.” Then, we’ll discuss exactly what that means in the cases (ha, get it) of racial and gender equality.
