Agricultural Practices II

Modern agricultural practices have had a big impact on our environment. During the Green Revolution, the transition between traditional and modern agricultural practices occurred. With this, we see genetically-modified crops, high inputs for high crop yields, and mechanization. We also see agricultural practices such as clear-cutting, tilling, and slash-and-burn farming.
