Absolute zero refers to the lowest possible temperature theoretically achievable, at which all molecular motion stops completely.
Imagine absolute zero as being frozen solid like an ice cube with no movement whatsoever. Just as molecules stop moving at absolute zero, everything freezes - even thoughts!
