Definition
Data or results are the information collected and analyzed during a research study, which can be presented in various forms such as tables, graphs, or statistics.
Analogy
Imagine you are playing a video game and your score is displayed at the end. That score represents your data or results from playing the game - it shows how well you performed and allows you to compare with others.
