Definition
Self-understanding refers to the individual's comprehensive knowledge of their own personality traits, behaviors, and emotions.
Analogy
Think of self-understanding as a mirror. Just like how a mirror reflects your physical appearance, self-understanding is about reflecting on your inner self - your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
