Desire: A strong feeling of wanting something or someone; often motivates characters' actions in pursuit of their goals.
Incentive: Something that encourages or motivates a character to act in a certain way; can be positive (reward) or negative (punishment).
A strong desire for success or achievement; often leads characters to take bold actions in order to fulfill their ambitions.
