Definition

This refers to whether a law or government action is in accordance with the principles set forth in the United States Constitution.

Analogy

Think of the Constitution as the rulebook for a board game. The "Constitutionality of Laws" is like checking if a player's move follows the rules outlined in that rulebook. If it doesn't, then it's not allowed.
