Administrative law is the body of law that governs the activities of administrative agencies of government including rulemaking, adjudication, enforcement of regulatory agenda etc.
Consider administrative law as referees in a football game. They enforce rules (laws), make calls on disputes (adjudicate), and sometimes even set new guidelines for fair play (rulemaking).
Judicial Review: The power of courts to declare laws from the other branches unconstitutional.
Regulatory Agencies: These are public authorities or government agencies responsible for exercising autonomous authority over some area of human activity in a regulatory or supervisory capacity.
Executive Orders: These are directives issued by the President of the United States that manage operations of the federal government.
