Textile Production

Definition

Textile production is the process of creating fabrics or cloth from raw materials like cotton, wool, or silk through spinning, weaving, knitting, and dyeing.

Analogy

Think of textile production as baking a cake. You start with raw ingredients (cotton or wool), mix them together (spinning), shape it into something new (weaving/knitting), and finally add color or decorations (dyeing).
