Indigenous Rights: The inherent and inalienable rights of Indigenous peoples, including the rights to their lands, territories, and resources, as well as the right to maintain and strengthen their distinct political, legal, economic, social, and cultural institutions.
Decolonization: The process of dismantling the political, economic, and social structures imposed by colonial powers, and the restoration of Indigenous peoples' autonomy and control over their own affairs.
