In calculus, representation refers to expressing something in a specific way that helps us understand or work with it better. A representation can be graphical, algebraic, or numerical.
Think of your favorite superhero action figure. You can represent them in different ways - through their comic books (graphical), by explaining their powers (algebraic), or by measuring how fast they can fly (numerical). Each representation gives you different information about the superhero.
Graphical representation: Visualizing information using graphs or diagrams.
Algebraic representation: Expressing mathematical objects and relationships using symbols and equations.
Numerical representation: Approximating values using numbers or calculations.
