Federalism

In this stream, we discussed everything Federalism. We looked at Federalism as defined in the US Constitution. We also looked at how Federalism has changed through the years. Two important Supreme Court cases related to Federalism were reviewed - McCulloch v. Maryland and US v. Lopez.
