Welcome back to week three of the AP Euro cram pass! This week we cover the first half of Unit 3. Specifically we cover the rise of absolutism in France and Russia. We look at how Louis XIV and Peter the Great rose to power and how they retained power in their respective countries. We also ask the question, did these monarchies actually have absolute power?
