High Speed Spindle

Definition

A high-speed spindle is a device used in manufacturing processes that rotates at high speed (often tens of thousands RPM) allowing for rapid machining of materials.

Analogy

Imagine you're trying to stir a thick cake batter with a spoon - it's pretty tough! But if you use an electric mixer (which spins much faster), it becomes easy. That's what a high-speed spindle does - it spins super fast so machines can shape materials more efficiently.
