A dispersed settlement pattern is one where buildings and structures are spread out over a large area, often isolated from each other.
Think of dispersed settlements as students studying alone in different corners of the library - they're all in the same building (area), but not close together.
Rural Settlements: These are settlements that are not classified as urban, typically characterized by low population density and vast open spaces. Like having only a few students in a large lecture hall.
Hamlet: A small rural community that is smaller than a village, often consisting of just a few dwellings. Imagine it as only two or three students studying together in one corner of the library.
Isolated Dwelling: A single house separated from any other houses by considerable distance. It's like being the only person studying on an entire floor of the library!
