Definition

Spiritual values relate to the connection between humans and something greater than themselves. They involve beliefs about purpose, meaning, transcendence, morality, ethics, and interconnectedness with nature.

Spiritual values are like a deep-rooted tree connecting its branches to the sky. Just as a tree symbolizes strength while reaching towards something beyond itself (the sky), spiritual values involve seeking meaning beyond our individual existence through beliefs in higher powers or forces.
