Think of ideology like the filter on your favorite photo editing app. Just like how a filter changes how you see an image, an ideology changes how people perceive and interpret events in the world around them.
Political Spectrum: This refers to the range of political views from liberal (left) to conservative (right). Where one falls on this spectrum often aligns with their ideological beliefs.
Partisanship: This is strong support for a specific party or cause, often influenced by one's ideological leanings.
Political Socialization: The process by which individuals learn and adopt their political ideologies. This can come from family, education, peers, media etc.
