# School Purchasing & Vendor Documents | Fiveable

## Overview

Plan teacher accounts, compare school volume pricing, and request the documents your business office needs before ordering.

## Teacher Licenses and Student Access

- Students complete teacher-led assignments with free accounts. Paid student licenses are optional when a school wants to sponsor independent access to the study library.

- [School checkout](/schools/checkout) calculates teacher and student volume pricing separately from the current pricing tiers.

- School licenses last one year from account assignment and do not renew automatically.

## Purchasing Documents

- Request a W-9, quote, privacy agreement, accessibility conformance report, or security documentation using the [document request form](/schools/purchasing#document-request).

- The request form opens an editable email draft. Opening the draft does not send the request or complete a purchase.

## Buying by Card or Purchase Order

- Card or bank-transfer orders receive a setup link after payment confirmation.

- After Fiveable receives and reviews a purchase order, the school can receive a setup link while its business office arranges payment.

- Assign accounts to teachers and students when ready using the setup link.
