# AP® Resources for New Hampshire Schools | Fiveable

## Overview

Gather security evidence for New Hampshire reviewers alongside the AP teaching plan and annual account quote.

Give your AP teachers a shared place to assign practice, review student work, and plan follow-up lessons. Start with the teachers who need accounts, then bring a quote and the requested documents to your school or district’s review process.

## Plan accounts for your AP department

### Fund teacher-led practice

Teacher accounts support assignments and classroom results. Students complete their teacher’s assignments with free accounts. List the courses and teachers you want to include, then choose quantities for one teacher, an AP department, or several departments together.

### Choose independent study separately

Sponsored student accounts are optional for independent study beyond teacher-led assignments. Include them when your school wants to fund students’ use of the study library on their own. Teacher and student volume discounts are calculated separately in checkout.

### Plan your department rollout

Identify who will receive the setup link and assign purchased accounts. Choose the teachers, courses, and start date for your first assignments. Teachers review scores and feedback, then use classroom results to plan follow-up practice.

## Annual teacher pricing

- 1–4 teacher accounts: $129 each per year.

- 5–24 teacher accounts: $99 each per year.

- 25+ teacher accounts: $69 each per year.

For example, five teacher accounts cost $495 per year. Students complete those teachers’ assignments with free accounts. Optional sponsored student accounts add a separate cost.

## Prepare evidence for New Hampshire’s security review

New Hampshire’s education department publishes minimum privacy and security standards for student and employee data. The document addresses risk assessment, incident response, access controls, and protection of stored information. Use those topics to organize questions alongside the AP teaching plan.

- Which privacy and security standards will our district reviewers apply to this proposed use, and what supporting documentation should Fiveable provide?

- Who should have access to assignment work and classroom results, and how will the department handle account assignment and changes in teaching staff?

- What evidence does our technology team need about security assessment, incident handling, and protection of student information before teachers introduce accounts?

Send the security questions with the intended assignments. Let district reviewers identify the evidence needed before the business office completes its process.

## From department plan to purchase

### Prepare an instructional plan and quote

Choose teacher quantities and any optional sponsored student accounts. Checkout calculates the annual price and lets you download a quote for your business office. Include the courses, quantities, and planned start date. Quotes are valid for 30 days, so check the date before your office issues a purchase order.

### Gather your district’s review packet

Ask your office which documents it needs, such as a signed W-9, privacy agreement, accessibility information, or security documentation. Include your district name and its required forms. The document request form opens an editable email draft; send that draft to submit your request.

### Complete the purchase and assign accounts

Your office can pay by card or arrange a purchase order using the quote ID. After Fiveable receives and reviews your PO, we send a setup link while your business office arranges payment. If you pay by card or bank transfer, we send the link after payment is confirmed. Use it to assign purchased accounts when teachers are ready.

## New Hampshire school purchasing questions

### Do we need to purchase an account for every student?

Students complete teacher-led assignments with free accounts. Purchase teacher accounts for the teachers who will assign work. Sponsored student accounts are optional for independent study beyond those assignments. Choose those quantities separately in checkout.

### What documentation can New Hampshire technology reviewers request?

Ask for the documents your reviewers need to evaluate access, data protection, security practices, and incident response. New Hampshire’s published standards provide topics for that review. The district determines how they apply to the intended classroom use and which evidence is sufficient.

### Can we request our district’s privacy documents?

Yes. Request documents for your district through the purchasing form. Include your district’s privacy agreement or vendor forms so Fiveable can review your office’s requirements.

### Can schools in New Hampshire purchase Fiveable with a PO?

Yes. Download a quote from school checkout, then have your business office submit its purchase order with the quote ID. Quotes are valid for 30 days. After Fiveable receives and reviews the PO, we send a setup link while the office arranges payment. Your district’s approval and purchasing procedures still apply.
