Definition
Harcèlement refers to the act of repeatedly and intentionally causing harm, distress, or intimidation to someone through verbal, physical, or online means.
Analogy
Imagine being followed by a group of people who constantly insult and threaten you. They make your life miserable and it's difficult to escape their presence. That's what harassment feels like.
