# Fix a Teacher Workspace page that will not load

## Quick answer

Check the save state before refreshing. Confirm you are signed in, reload the page once, and try the same URL in a current Chrome or Safari window. If the problem continues, record the exact message, page URL, time, browser, and account email for support.

## What to do

1. **Protect unsaved text**: If you typed original instructions or feedback and the page is still open, copy that text somewhere safe before refreshing.

2. **Check sign-in**: Open the account menu and confirm the expected email. Sign in again if the session expired.

3. **Reload once**: Refresh the current page and wait for the loading state to finish.

4. **Try a direct browser window**: Open the same URL in current Chrome or Safari. Leave an in-app browser or private window if cookies or pop-ups are blocked there.

5. **Send useful details**: Include the page URL, exact message, time, browser and device, and the account email. Add a screenshot with student names and responses removed or covered.

## If something is not working

### The page is stuck on Loading.

Wait one minute, refresh once, and try the direct URL in another current browser. Report whether other Fiveable pages load normally.

### Refreshing signed me out.

Sign in again with the same account. If this repeats, allow cookies for fiveable.me and turn off extensions that block authentication requests for the page.
