# Report a problem from the Teacher Workspace

## Quick answer

Select feedback in the Teacher Workspace top bar. Choose report an error, request a feature, request content, or leave a review. Include the page and what happened; remove student names, responses, and other private information from attachments.

## What to do

1. **Select feedback**: Find feedback in the Teacher Workspace top bar.

2. **Choose the right type**: Use report an error for broken behavior, request a feature for a product idea, request content for missing study material, or leave a review for general feedback.

3. **Describe what happened**: State what you were trying to do, the action you selected, what you expected, and the exact result or message.

4. **Protect student information**: Crop or cover student names and responses in screenshots. Never send a password or payment card number.

5. **Submit once**: Wait for confirmation before sending a second report for the same event.

## If something is not working

### The feedback menu will not open.

Refresh once in Chrome or Safari. You can send the same information to help@fiveable.me if the menu remains unavailable.

### I reported a content problem inside an assignment.

Include the assignment title, subject, question or section, and a privacy-safe screenshot so the content can be located precisely.
