# Find a receipt or invoice

## Quick answer

Open Account > Billing and scroll to Invoice History. Find the date and amount, then select Receipt. The link opens the Stripe receipt or invoice PDF available for that payment.

## What to do

1. **Open Billing**: Sign in to the account that made the purchase and open Account > [Billing](/account?tab=billing).

2. **Scroll to Invoice History**: This section appears when the account has invoice records.

3. **Match the payment**: Use the date, amount, status, and description to find the correct row. Status may show Paid, Open, Draft, Partial Refund, or Refunded.

4. **Select Receipt**: Open the receipt or invoice PDF in a new tab, then save or print it.

## If something is not working

### Invoice History is missing.

Confirm you are signed in to the purchasing account. The section stays hidden when no invoices are attached to the account.

### I need a school purchase document.

School orders may appear separately in Billing. Email help@fiveable.me with the order email and date if you need a copy that is not available there.
