Practice AP World History: Modern free-response questions with AP® rubric-aligned scoring and point-by-point feedback for the 2027 exam.

## Question Types

- **Short Answer Question (SAQ)** (Questions 1, 2, 3): 13 suggested minutes; up to 3 parts; stimulus material (secondary text source(s), primary text source, primary or secondary non-text source)
- **Document-Based Question (DBQ)** (Question 1): 60 suggested minutes; up to 1 part; stimulus material (7 documents)
- **Long Essay Question (LEQ)** (Question 2): 40 suggested minutes; up to 1 part

## Exam Conditions

- Total free-response section time: 140 minutes
- Reading and planning time: 15 minutes
- Calculator permitted: no
- Reference sheet provided: no

## How Scoring Works

Responses are scored against the published AP® rubric criteria for AP World History: Modern.

Each rubric point is reported separately with the evidence that earned or missed it, so a response can be revised and rescored.
