An executive order is a directive issued by the President of the United States that manages operations of the federal government.
Presidential Proclamation: A statement made by the president on a matter of public policy. They are often symbolic and ceremonial declarations to honor holidays or recognize certain causes.
Executive Privilege: The power claimed by the President to withhold information from Congress or judiciary in public interest.
Executive Agreement: An international agreement made by the president without ratification from Senate.
