An electric power station is a facility where electrical power is generated for distribution to the public. It uses various sources of energy such as coal, natural gas, hydroelectric, nuclear, or solar power.
Coal: A black or brownish-black sedimentary rock that's used primarily as a fuel in electricity power generation.
Hydroelectric Power: Electricity produced from generators driven by turbines that convert the potential energy of falling or fast-flowing water into mechanical energy.
Nuclear Energy: The energy released during nuclear fission or fusion, especially when used to generate electricity.
