Creole refers to a person of mixed European and black descent, especially in the Caribbean. It can also refer to a stable, natural language that has developed from a mixture of different languages.
Pidgin Language: A simplified form of speech formed from one or more languages and used as a lingua franca between speakers who do not share a common language.
Mestizo: A term traditionally used in Latin America for people of mixed Native American and European ancestry.
Mulatto: Historically used to refer to individuals born of one white parent and one black parent or from two mulatto parents.
