An oral defense is a formal presentation where students explain and defend their research findings or arguments in front of an audience. It allows students to demonstrate their knowledge and critical thinking skills.
Presentation Skills: The ability to effectively communicate ideas through verbal delivery techniques such as tone, body language, and eye contact.
Q&A Session: A period after the presentation where audience members can ask questions to further understand or challenge the presenter's arguments.
Public Speaking Anxiety: The fear or nervousness experienced when speaking in front of others.
