Extroversion is a personality trait characterized by outgoingness, high energy, and sociability. People with this trait tend to enjoy being around others, are often quite talkative, and generally feel energized by social interaction.
Introversion: This is the opposite of extroversion. Introverts gain energy from spending time alone or in quiet environments and may find too much social interaction draining.
Ambiversion: This term refers to individuals who fall in the middle of the introvert-extrovert spectrum. They can draw energy both from social interactions and solitude depending on their mood or circumstances.
Personality Traits: These are characteristic patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that make up an individual's personality. Extroversion is one such trait among many others like agreeableness or conscientiousness.
