Glissando/Portamento/Glide: Smoothly sliding from one pitch to another.
Bend (in guitar playing): Changing the pitch of a sustained note by pushing or pulling on the string.
Scoop/Fall-off (in jazz): Starting on one pitch and sliding down quickly before landing on another.
