This is another term for Stage 4 in Demographic Transition Model where both birth rate and death rate are low resulting in slow growth or even decline in total population.
Zero Population Growth: A condition in demographic balance where the number of people in a specified population neither grows nor declines.
Replacement Level Fertility: The total fertility rate at which women give birth to enough babies to sustain population levels.
Mortality Rate: The number of deaths in a given area or period, or from a particular cause.
