A server is a computer or system that provides resources, services, or functionality to other computers or devices on a network. It responds to requests from clients and delivers requested information or performs tasks.
Client: A client refers to any device or software that requests resources or services from a server. In our analogy, clients are like restaurant customers who place orders with servers.
Database Server: A database server stores and manages databases, allowing users or applications to access and manipulate stored data efficiently. It's like an organized storage room where all ingredients for cooking are kept.
Web Server: A web server hosts websites and serves web pages to clients upon request. It's similar to chefs who prepare and present dishes to customers in a restaurant.
