Definition

Thermodynamic data refers to information about heat transfer, energy changes, temperature changes etc., associated with physical processes or reactions under specific conditions.

Related terms

Enthalpy (H): This is the total energy of a system. It includes both the internal energy of the system and the energy associated with it due to its pressure-volume work.

Entropy (S): This is a measure of disorder or randomness in a system.

Gibbs Free Energy (G): This is the maximum amount of non-expansion work that can be extracted from a closed system at constant temperature and pressure without any outside intervention.
