Scales of Analysis can be a challenging concept for AP HuG students to comprehend. We will define the term scale as it relates to geography, looking at the verbal, graphic and fractional definitions of the term. Next, we will define scale in terms of a global, national, regional, and local perspective. The 2008 US Presidential Election will be analyzed from various scales allowing streamers the opportunity to practice analyzing an event from various scales.
